Who's Lady Serpent?
Lady Serpent is a classic case of the femme fatale gang leader: beautiful, cunning, ruthless, dangerous, and, also, a powerful hypnotist of the "look into my eyes" variety. She uses her hypnotic power to hypnotize the jail matron to escape from jail in the comic "Black Terror Tales" (Golden Age of Comics, 1948).
